The Phish 2009 concert tour is beginning to take shape. LiveNation is currently listing a concert for Phish on June 18, 2009 at the Post-Gazette Pavilion in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. LiveNation list the show as going on sale beginning January 30th.
Rumors are out and about that Phish may play as many as five nights at the fantastic Red Rocks AMpitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. Red Rocks is one of the premier concert venues in the world with spectacular views and amazing sound. Phish is also rumored to play a date at the Pepsi Center in Denver.
A reunited Phish will headline Bonnaroo in 2009 according to RollingStone.com. Phish has been rumored to play the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival stages in Manchester, Tennessee. Citing reliable sources, RollingStone.com states that Phish will headline Friday and Saturday June 12th & 13th sets while Bruce Springsteen is a possibility to headline Sunday night.
After four years of false reunion concert rumors, the classic jam band Phish has announced they will play three concerts in Hampton Virginia in 2009 with al least a handful of more shows to come. Phish will perform March 6th-8th at the Hampton Coliseum
in Hampton,Virginia. Presales have begun, public onsales for the Phish reunion shows begin October 18th. Phish is also expected to announce a full concert tour for 2009 sometime around the dates of these shows.
